Starland Ballroom Review (5.17.04) - Posted by: Erica

¤ Please note, reviews are submitted by readers. They are left as-is and unedited by us.

¤ The opening act was Soil, personal Opinion? They suck.

¤ Him's Entrance was amazing, yet mysterious. They lowered the lights and a lot of fog was floating around, and all the band members came onto the stage, except for Ville. So after theyre all set up, Ville walks out, and takes to the mic. Ahh.

¤ He started singing Buried Alive by Love. I couldnt hear him, at all, as well as everyone else around me. He was gesturing to Linde to lower his guitar so you could hear him singing. At first I thought it was going to be a bad show, due to sound, and by the 3rd song they fixed it and everything was ok again, the show was freaking amazing. In the beginning of Razorblade Kiss, he dropped his mic, and they had to start all over again. Haha it was good entertainment.

¤ In between each song, Ville explained about every song for about 3 minutes. Now thats a good artist.

Ending was plain and simple. Soul on Fire, and kaboom. "See ya soon, thank you!"

All in all, Amazing.

thanks
erica
